What is a Gift Bundle?
Our gift bundles are baskets for cancer patients. We drop off our gift bundles to local hospitals including Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). Furthermore, Crush Cancer First offers customized gift bundles to patients notably recognized and recommended by their communities to receive a specialized surprise.
Customized
One type of gift bundle that Crush Cancer First provides is a customized package developed uniquely for the given child. One of our service members speaks with a parent/guardian over the phone to gather information about their given child's interests. After that consultation, our youth-led team creates a personalized gift bundle that is later privately dropped off at the family's home.
Hospital Drops
Beyond our customized gift bundles, Crush Cancer First collaborates with hospitals in the Philadelphia and Indianapolis areas to drop off replicable bundles to pediatric cancer patients in active treatment. As of right now, Crush Cancer First works with 10+ hospitals including the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and Ascension Saint Vincent's Hospital in Indianapolis. Depending on the time of year, Crush Cancer First adjusts their gift bundle styles in correlation to holidays and seasons.
