Crush Cancer First is a youth-led 501c(3) status nonprofit organization based out of the suburbs of Philadelphia. Through our gift bundles and student ambassadors, Crush Cancer First strives to bring joy and support to childhood cancer patients and their families throughout the United States.
Founded in 2025, Crush Cancer First began its mission by a 16 year old named Richard (Richie) Marino. Richie started this nonprofit and later dedicated it in honor of two loved ones. He saw this nonprofit as an opportunity to help support childhood cancer patients and their families as they navigate hospital environments and treatment.
